I don't wish to complicate matters at all, but I thought you may like to hear about similar issues with not being able to get my new, now Vigo factory produced Peugeot e2008. Our car was factory produced on the 4th July 2022. My understanding is there is now a common transfer/call off system in place for dealers to ask Gefco to move the car to their dealership. However and I've been sent the email sent to all dealers today, which states:
'VTS - Opening Date Postponed
Good Morning,
The VTS is going to remain closed this week, due to continued issues identified within the transferring process.
A further update will be provided next week
Kind Regards

My dealer (who I trust is giving me the actual facts) is now trying to get Distribution to manually move the car to their stock, so they can then call it off with Gefco. This is also proving to be a problem as well, so we continue to sit here, knowing the car is likely sitting in Sheerness doing nothing. They've said they're trying to get it moved for their call off, but can't promise.
I quoted this forum and this post and the statements about the VTS system now being operational. Apparently it isn't for any of the Citroen/Peugeot - so perhaps its just Vauxhall where it is working?
I know the Mokka E is made in Poissy, so perhaps it is coming into a different place, which means the Vauxhall side is working. It maybe that a car already in the system and marked as the dealers own new stock can be moved, but ours certainly cannot at the moment!
How a company can operate cash flow wise, with cars stuck in limbo and no money changing hands, is anyone's guess. We remain extremely frustrated by this problem since the IT system migration!
