New to this but here goes
I have recently bought a 2014 Vauxhall Mokka and it failed M.O.T because of a broken wheel bolt 🔩 it has snapped inside. I'm not sure if it can get removed and replaced or a whole new wheel hub is needed 🤔 any advice appreciated.

Have you got a picture of it?

If it is the correct hub for your car then it's a broken stud not a broken bolt.
If it's a broken stud it's quite an easy fix to drift out the remnants if anything and pull a new stud in although sometimes clearances can be tight or need to be made.

A new stud and nut would be massively cheaper than fitting a new hub.

Agree with Gaz, undo the other nuts and take the wheel off. You may have to remove the hub to put the new stud in, but a new stud is a lot cheaper than a new hub. Do the other wheels have security wheel nuts as that should be standard on a 2014 model. If so, was the car supplied with the key, should be in a small plastic box? If you have neither, someone has broken that stud taking the security nut off without the key.
