Hello, I’m new to mokkaownersclub, I ordered my new Mokka e Ultimate on the 31 December 2021 on the Motability scheme and was told to estimate the delivery in March/ April, I also paid the £299 advanced payment. I made contact with my Vauxhall garage on the 21July 2022 and said they would phone me back to update me, I didn’t get a call back. On the 22 July 2022 I called in to the garage and asked about my order. The Motability salesman couldn’t tell me anything apart from the factory were having problems with the change over system . I don’t know how or what to do in getting the latest up to date information. Any advice would be really helpful please.
