Picked Mokka e up this afternoon and apart from no car mats it has full Ultimate spec including wireless charger, leather/massage seats and false boot cover, think i've been lucky with this

Looks great in red, well done hope you really enjoy it! Glad it's the right spec too. Our SRi will be picked up tomorrow morning, DVLA glitch sorted early today but problem with Vauxhall Finance sending me the form to complete and sign because they are 'seriously behind with applications' but form arrived this afternoon after 2-3 chase ups by dealer. It seems bizarre that if you order a ÂŁ20 item from Amazon, it arrives within 48 hours and you can track its progress. Order a ÂŁ30k car and the whole process of order to delivery is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma!

Looks great in red! We got everything but the wireless charger. But then we only thought that was on the launch edition 🤔 hey ho. Not that fussed either way. Enjoy!
 
Put in order for mokka on mobility on 16/02/22 was told may then July now hell knows contacted local dealer on the 11th Aug told me he would get back to me on the Friday or Monday its now Friday 19th what the hell just be honest with the customer were not idiots
Unfortunately mobility are the same as fleet sales. They aren’t priority
 
Hello, I’m new to mokkaownersclub, I ordered my new Mokka e Ultimate on the 31 December 2021 on the Motability scheme and was told to estimate the delivery in March/ April, I also paid the £299 advanced payment. I made contact with my Vauxhall garage on the 21July 2022 and said they would phone me back to update me, I didn’t get a call back. On the 22 July 2022 I called in to the garage and asked about my order. The Motability salesman couldn’t tell me anything apart from the factory were having problems with the change over system . I don’t know how or what to do in getting the latest up to date information. Any advice would be really helpful please.
 
Who has been waiting the longest abd is it a cash, pcp or motabity order.
Include those who just took delivery.
Members still waiting can then appeal to dealers stating that they now of x number of people who ordered after but now have the car.

Might not help gut might be worthwhile.

I'm happy to collate the data into some sort of spreadsheet if wanted.

Include those who just took delivery.
Members still waiting can then appeal to dealers stating that they now of x number of people who ordered after but now have the car.

Might not help gut might be worthwhile.

Hello Gaz, I placed my Motability order for a Mokka e Ultimate on the 31 December 2021 and paid £299 advanced payment. The garage has not called me with any updates on the delivery. I have phoned twice and then I had to call them back again. I went to the garage in July and ev then I didn’t get any news about my car, he just told me that they are having problems with the change over software. Thanks Colin.

I know there are some who ordered in Nov but now have the car.
There were issues with their computer systems for Vauxhall and a few related companies so the dealers could only come up with guesses and excuses for a while or some just ignored people.

As said in your original post, these issues have now been resolved so asking them for an updated status of your order now should get better results.
If they say the status code is such and such press them for a list of codes and what they mean if you then share what you can here it might be useful for several others.

Hopefully you won't be waiting too long now.

We ordered a Mokka e Ultimate on the last weekend of March via the Vauxhall Partners Scheme, this was confirmed as ordered on 4th April by the dealer we specified. We had been into the dealer beforehand and they had said the car would be 'late July'. Vauxhall Partners said, via the website, delivery due wc 26th September. I have had regular texts from the dealer since, basically telling me they had no news. Once I had heard via this site that the computer issues had been 'sorted' I called my dealer to see if they had more up to date news. They claimed system still not working... Since then my regular text now says my estimated delivery date is 'September'. Is this news?

I am also awaiting a VW ID3 and signed up to a forum for that. The biggest thread on there by a country mile is Delivery and a common moan is that some orders are delivered out off order, later orders being delivered before earlier orders with no logical reason, so it is not exclusive to Vauxhall. Personally I have been waiting since mid September last year and in theory it is being built this year but whether I get it before the expiration of the OZEV grant is another issue. Original order to supply period was 20 weeks, now looking to be at least 52, VX claimed 26 weeks from order to delivery and I am only half way through waiting. ID3 forum is also operating a spreadsheet.

Using the ID3 forum as an example and taking out some of the laborious columns, you could operate with - username - last update - dealer - motability? - model - order date - build status - delivered date, hosted on Google docs spreadsheet via Tiny.url
 
I'll give it a bit of thought.
If I state which bits of information I want to fill in the spreadsheet then people can pm me those in the correct order and it won't be too time consuming.
I'd rather not share something where anyone could grab and edit details but can make something available to those who contribute.

Leave it with me, with any luck there will be a spate of sudden deliveries in the next few days.

The people who maintain the forum have some software suited to this so I have handed responsibility over to them on the basis thatvthe data will be better protected.
I've asked them to liaise with us and make sure that we get the fields we want.
I might have missed something out so let's wait for their reply and then help them to help us.

Hi all, confirming the last post from peirpoint, we'll be building an order tracker and putting that live asap. We've done similar trackers for other Vertical Scope forums in the last couple of years to great success.
Soon we'll have a new thread with a link to a Google Form that lets you add all the relevant details of your order. All that data will get sent to a spreadsheet which we'll put live for you all to keep an eye on just as soon as we've had a few responses to confirm it's working as expected.

Watch this space for an update to confirm the new order tracker is live.
