One small updated. I've met one more owner of the Mokka-E in my area. And she has the same issue that I do. Car is also 21 year, ultimate. Problems are identical. Now her car is in service, they are replacing the air conditioner unit. But she was receiving same error, faced same weird behavior while braking on the low speed. We will write a claim on the Opel official service here. They are not resolving the problem with car, but just make the car to be drivable until the end of the warranty - it ends in March 2025 for me and for her.
To be continued...
My Opel Mokka-e elegance 2021 has the same problem while braking on the low speed (in Brussels). I went to the dealer 4 times in the last 2 years, with the same issue, a my warranty ends in March 2025 as well... This time I wrote to the customer service, hope they will soon reply, should we file a joint legal case? It is clearly a "manufacturing defect"! Car was expensive and they should take responsibility...

Update on the situation with the car. It drives. But, I have a new issue with infotainment system, which is now restarting from time to time and it takes couple of minutes to start up. Fortunately I was able to flim the behavior 3 times already, to have arguments against the dealer
Did you solve the ssue while braking on the low speed? Was the replacement of the compressor of the air conditioner effective?
THANKS

To be honest I'm looking for a lawyer here to open a case, against Opel Spain. I don't know if we can open a single joint case. But I up for it If it is possible

In Malaga, Spain, I know at least one more Mokka Owner who had similar issue. And after replacing of the air conditioner compressor she doesn't have it anymore. Mine Mokka is currently in the service, but with the problem related to infotainment system. What I noticed, after replacing compressor car behavior has changed, I don't have this feeling from the car, when you are applying the brake. So something has definitely changed. Ask your dealer to replace compressor!!!

Unfortunately, I’m joining the club as well. I was just reading a similar topic on SpeakEV and thinking how my Mokka hasn’t had any issues - and how I shouldn’t think about it or I’ll jinx it. :)

Today, I was rushing from the beach to lunch, got in the car and was about to set off when it started beeping and displayed a message telling me to call assistance. As soon as I saw all the lights flashing around the gear selector, I knew what it was. :/

I called roadside assistance and they said they’d send a technician. I told them I had a idea what the issue was and that they could call a recovery truck straight away. Still, they sent a technician, who when I told him it was an electric Mokka almost gave up on coming. While I was waiting for him (about 45 minutes), I disconnected the positive terminal, waited 20 minutes, reconnected it and waited another 20 minutes - but no luck. Now I’m waiting for the recovery truck. Hopefully it’ll be sorted quickly. :/ I read somewhere it might be the gear selector switch module or the finger actuator. Fingers crossed I won’t have to wait too long for the part.

For me, they replaced the air conditioner unit. If something is happening with air conditioner - almost every car will be bricked. Mine had bricked right in the road when I was staying in the traffic jam. Car was on the service for 1.5 months. For now it is working ok. I know another owner of Mokka E, with same issue, also replacement of Air conditioner unit helped

Translation

Yesterday, after a strong acceleration (from 40 to 90 km/hr), I had the same error message. The air conditioning automatically switched off. This morning, I took the car to the garage... and it wouldn't start after that... completely blocked (gear and steering wheel)... it was hot yesterday (27 degrees) and I did a quick charge in the afternoon...

And now me

We had our Mokka-e in July 2024 (it's my wife's motability car) and I've had the traction control message AND it just die when trying to start. We also had issues with it releasing the charge cable as well. We had a yearly service and mentioned the issues but they didn't listen to me.

As an aside, the My Vauxhall app is frankly embarrassing - it hardly ever connects.

So in August after being sick of +30C temps and the (very poor) climate control only pumping out hot air from outside no matter what mode I demanded Vauxhall look at it. They've had my car four weeks now, and that was tough because when I originally dropped it off they said it would be ready in 4 ours so I went for a run in the local area. They then phoned me to tell me it wouldn't be ready and I'd have to make my own way home - no courtesy car - even though I was 25 miles from home.

We kicked a stink and we now have a courtesy car, but I've heard nothing from them and TBH they are such a nightmare I really dont want it back or another Vauxhall ever again....

From what I am reading the Mokka A.C. pump has such poor quality control on the casings that they fail far too early in their expected life span. My petrol 1.4 2015 Reg had leaked all th gas out years ago, wrecking the condenser as well which is of low quality too.

Are you describing an a/c compressor from a petrol version or an EV. Because they are not the same. Not even close. Petrol version runs from a belt powered from the engine. A/c version has its own electric motor powered by the 400v traction battery. One is relatively inexpensive , the EV version is not.

I bought my 2021 Mokka e in July last year and I have just got the same message spoke to Vauxhall and they didn’t seem to know anything about the issue. They suggested I get my breakdown cover provider to pick it up and drop it off to them. Reading all these comments fills me with dread. I wish I saw this before I bought the car
