Hi

Does anyone know how to repair a small rip in the leather seats, or recommend someone who can repair, found a small tear on the drivers seat over the weekend, gutted as we look after the car very well and not sure how this occurred, thanks, any help appreciated.

Hi,

I’ve recently bought a Vauxhall Mokka and absolutely love it, however the base of the front drivers seat is in poor condition, it’s grey and black leather and has multiple tears and marks on it and has had a poor repair done to it.

I am wondering if Vauxhall would be able to sell me just the exact replacement leather for the base of the seat so I, if so how much should I expect this to cost.

Thank you

The only way you'll know for sure is to call in or ring a Vauxhall dealer. I think the answer will be no, but they may know somewhere local that might be able to repair it.

  1. There are companies that can provide a leather seat repair service. Furniture Clinic is one. They say they can do it at your home. I have no idea whether they are competent or not but I would bet that the cost will be a lot less than ÂŁ500. Maybe worth a call.
