Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone can relate to me on this or offer some advice? I've got a Vauxhall Mokka 2016 and I've had issues with Spotify with my vehicle since I got it about 7/8 months ago. My Spotify doesn't like to play through bluetooth, I have to connect and disconnect it a few times before it comes through, sometimes it just cuts out halfway through songs and I have to skip for it to continue playing. So I thought i'll just plug it into the USB to charge and my music will play, however when I do this I can't skip any songs using the button on my steering wheel or on the main control unit, it just wont go next or back or even pause. Can someone help me? as i'm losing my patience with it!

What phone are you using, have you got android auto or apple carplay installed?

Sorry, only ever used android so can't help, maybe an iPhone user can, good luck.

my phone is an iPhone 12 and I don’t have Apple car play
Are you using the cable that came with your phone. Other cables may not work properly
