Hi

I had a puncture on the motorway a couple of days ago. The warning light came on showing my front passenger side tyre was 26 and it dropped fast down to 1, I managed to pull over from the outside lane onto the hard shoulder and got out to see it was actually my rear drivers side tyre that was flat. The email from OnStar diagnostics also told me it was my front tyre. Has anyone had any issues with the wrong tyre showing?

Somebody has changed the wheels around and not reprogrammed the new positions, but at least you got a warning.

Your handbook tells you how to do it, but you will also need a TPMS reset tool, plenty under a tenner on Ebay, or just put the wheels back in their original positions by changing the tyre pressures and noting which wheel is showing the change on the tyre pressure monitoring monitoring system(TPMS)
