I have only today received my 'pass card', credit card sized that show rather important information, have all owners got theirs?

Have had my car since 29 Nov 2012 and I have not got one of those.
The only one I have been sent is the lifetime warranty card.

Yes I think Vauxhall didn't have them with the cars!
Somewhat important methinks, I'll scan the back as well then.

I have known dealers to keep hold of the security cards as a way to stop the customer losing it. From what I understood, most of the info is tough to get hold of without the card.

I had a Vectra and had to stump up £27 because I needed this information!
That fits, my pass was stapled to an internal invoice for£27.

My dealer handed the details on an A4 printed sheet which apparently is the norm!
I will wait and see if I get anything in the post.

Make sure you all get these,my hubbies a locksmith and if he ever needs to programme a new key he's cut, the owner has to ring the dealersand pay on average £25 for pass code, so that he can programme key.so it's a definate for if you ever need another key if yours get misplaced or stolen!
