All the manifolds I've seen have been welded but I don't know about the Mokka manifold, it does look like a screw-in stud though.

If it is some sort of welded on bolt you can't get behind it anyway.

What I would do personally is grind it off flush, drill it out then see if I could cut a thread to take a stud.
Hopefully a manifold stud of the correct size is easy enough to find.

As there is a plain part at the base of the stud my guess is that they are pressed in but it wouldn't be coming out again due to the heat and corrosion it’s now a part of the manifold.

The best solution is as peirpoint suggests, drill out and rethread, but as (temporary) fix you could drill it out and put in a nut and bolt, it looks like an M8 stud so could be drilled out to 6.5mm for a 6mm nut and bolt which still leaves you the option of replacing the stud at a later date.
