When I used my car this morning I noticed that the time had not changed to go forward 1 hr, let it run for 4 or 5 miles and then manually adjusted the time, should it do it automatically?

Do the settings for the clock include a date?

Without that and knowing what country you are in, its not got a chance.

Vauxhalls I believe started autocorrecting their time with the advent of RDS. Not sure if there's a specific setting but it should do it if you tune to a BBC station for a bit (it is not instantaneous). Digital radio also broadcasts the time as my kitchen radio always changes. I have seen a few times with FM where a station has caused my clock to go well out but the problem was on their end as when I switched to another station it corrected itself.

That makes my 3 year old Renault very old school.

The car and the microwave are the only clocks. I have to set, everything else sorts itself out.
