Looking at Opel German and Dutch websites, there appear to be some anomalies .
If you view with Google chrome it translates, even the configurator.

Summit White is available at no cost.

Spare wheel + kit is only 60 euros.

Sunroof is available.

Tinted rear windows are an option all models.

Winter pack includes Quick Heat Heating system.

Does UK winter pack include Quick Heat?
What the heck is Quick Heat?

Thats what I though SM, better tell
http://www.caffyns.co.uk/new-cars/new-vauxhall-mokka
"which will help to keep
you comfortable at an optimum temperature as well as provide optimal
windscreen demisting with Quickheat technology"

"Caffyns is one of the leading car dealerships in the South East of
England with 8 franchisesat 11 sites across Sussex and Kentoffering a
wide range of new cars blah blah....."

Where have they got that from then?

Yeah the sunroof is the real kicker what with me loving the panoramic roof of the qashqai and the sunroof on the Kia Sportage. I posted a video a while back of an Opel Mokka Cosmo with a sunroof - darn Dutch.

Don't think that would work. You'd just be offered a UK spec version. Similarly someone ordering a LHD model in the UK would just get the European version, sunroof included!

You're certainly a busy bee with that Mokka, new gas struts, protection inside and out, tinted rear windows, what's next? Spinning rims?

Have you told the insurance company that you've pimped your ride otherwise you may not be covered. Must be the most modded Mokka in the UK!!!

Sweet, got them on my watch list.... how do they fit? Does it look like there will be any damage to the paintwork from the self adhesive tape if they are removed?

Two strips of double sided thin spongy tape, any residue could come off with WD40 or 'Sticky stuff remover'.
Be sure the curved lip is right up against the sill before you lower the other edge and press them into place with your size 9, other wise they stick out a bit.
