Not necessarily seized, just caliper/ pad combo resonating as it starts to contact the disc. Some folks have had dampers fitted to the calipers to try and eliminate the noise.

If it’s a seized calliper .just put your hand on the wheel rim it will be hot

Wiith the noise I heard it sounded as though either one or both of the pistons seized, or the caliper arm
sliding mechanism sticking, as far as dampers? being fitted i think copperlite grease on th back of the pad is adequate.

Not always Brother Leo sometimes rhey are just partially seized ,like one piston sticking ever so slightly they
get hot though and you can feel the heat through the wheel. If it smokes the caliper is seized solid,

Dealers were retro fitting the damper kits to try and fix the noisy rear brakes for customers who unhappy with the noise.
