can someone help me please? I bought a mokka x elite nav and I have a problem with my front passenger window! The window goes up and down from the drivers side but the passenger side does not work. Any ideas please.

The good news is-it's not the window motor because it clearly gets 12v from driver's side switch and works. It also not a fuse problem as the window motor works. If I had this problem I would remove the passenger side operating switch and check if has voltage one side and voltage out to the window motor when you operate it. Test light or multi meter needed. Or you can remove wires and touch them together to simulate the switch closing .I have never removed one of these switches but it can't be that difficult. If you prove the switch is kaput-replace it.
