That is APPALLING customer service! They rang you a week before you were expecting it and told you that - personally I would have been livid. Granted you probably KNEW it wasn't going to be with you in February via this forum but your dealer didn't know that!
Did they offer any apology or gesture to sweeten the news?
I will be speaking to my dealer too, car still due March according to dealer but don't have a build date yet on the tracker. 2 weeks ago they told me to call back after the 15th Feb, as that was their next build week, to confirm. Fingers crossed its not July.
