Hi everyone, I’ve bought a 70mai Dash Cam 3 M200. I was originally leaning towards the M310, but I noticed the M200 uses the Sony Starvis 2 sensor, which is reportedly much better. The M310 does have USB‑C and some other advantages, but I ended up ordering the M200 from a local webshop to avoid waiting for shipping from China and possible customs. I didn’t initially buy the UP02 hardwire kit because I planned to power it from a power bank to avoid draining the 12V battery, but parking surveillance won’t work without that cable, so I’ve ordered it afterwards.
Where’s the best mounting spot? I’m thinking directly behind the rear‑view mirror in the blind spot, but that would partially cover the sensor at the mirror.
As for wiring, my plan is: ACC to F31 (cigarette lighter, live with ignition), constant 12V to F9 or F36 (interior lighting), and the third wire to ground.
