What's the police doing about people like that, absolutely ridiculous behavier -- it's happening all over the place now that e-scooter are now legal -- we've got 3 of them blasting around our estate and to top that they have been joined by 2 motorised push bike and wait for it - a guy on a quad bike charging around with no head protection at all, don't think that's a requirement on a quad bike but will stand corrected -- it will probably be the motorist who will be deemed at fault if a incident occurs.

Yes but that's London and I wouldn't want to live there. I know what Dr Johnson said but the modern corollary is If you're tired of living you must be living in London.
